Do you charge for Returns?

No! If you change your mind simply return your garment within 7 days of invoice and we will issue you a full refund minus freight. We do ask that you pay the cost of the return postage or courier. Garments must be returned in original condition including packaging with a copy of the invoice.

Please Note: Because branding cannot usually be removed without risking damage to the garments, branded garments cannot be returned for exchange or refund, unless under contract.

What is an APPRO?

An APPRO is Arrow Uniforms unique method of letting you try garments in your own surroundings for an extended time (10 days) at no cost apart from return freight. When ordering simply state “Supply on APPRO” or similar on the checkout page. We will send an invoice with the goods, however if you return them within 10 days in mint condition with all packaging we will give you a full refund including our freight to you.

You made a mistake, do I still have to pay the freight?

Sorry about that! If we send you the wrong garments we will replace them at no cost to you, simply call us free on 050 UNIFORM with your Invoice number and we will send you a label so you can return it at no cost to you.

Exchanges?

No problem! If you require a different style, colour or size, place a new order at on myArrow if you have an account with us or place an order through our online shop.
